To locate your hosting account IP:


  1. Login to your Hosting Control Panel (you can also access the Hosting Control Panel via your Custoemr Control Panel)
  2. Once logged in, see on the right side of the main screen 'Temp Web Address' with the highlighted word 'Go' next to it.
  3. Click the 'Go' link. 
  4. A page will open.  In the top address bar you'll see a URL that starts with an IP and ends with the domain name of the account you're managing.
  5. The IP here is the server IP for the account.
